Mike is an exceptional Global HR leader with expertise across nine countries, specialising in areas such as Total Rewards, DE&I, Global Mobility, People Analytics, People Technology, and Artificial Intelligence. His career includes designing and implementing human capital solutions that align with business goals, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a culture of agility and innovation globally.
Mike also serves as an adjunct lecturer at NYU, Erasmus University, and CBMN, and contribute as a Global Advisor to various organisations. Mike’s mission is to empower individuals in dynamic environments and promote social and environmental sustainability, supported by my extensive publications and speaking engagements.
Fluent in Japanese and German, Mike has studied at IMD, Dickinson College, and Kansai Gaidai University. He currently resides in Tokyo with a second home in Amsterdam, bringing a truly global and cross-cultural perspective to his work.
