For almost four decades Haig has focused on the evolution of the new science of human capital management and describes himself as an organisational economist and workforce scientist. He co-founded Mercer’s Workforce Sciences Group, a well-known authority on human capital management. He also co-authored the award-winning Play to your Strengths in 2004, on the same topic, and is a respected speaker and academic consultant.
