During our Think Tank workshop in Dubai, we hosted a global panel discussion on the Future of Reward, addressing topics such as the impact of technology on the evolving rewards landscape, and workforce structure, particularly how the rise of the gig economy could lead to a shift from traditional rewards to more flexible options in the future.
