During our Think Tank workshop in Boston, we hosted a global panel discussion on the Future of Reward. The discussion addressed the evolving rewards landscape, from skill-based pay to the integration of gig workers. The conversation highlighted practical strategies, including building skills libraries and balancing tech with human touchpoints in rewards management.
